As a leading provider in products, service and installations for commercial and residential customers, we are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator, with CAD experience, to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on the fabrication of HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal components, with the added responsibility of reading, creating, and modifying shop drawings using drafting software such as AutoCAD and/or Shop Data. The ideal candidate is hands-on in the shop, detail-oriented, and comfortable working between fabrication and digital drawings. The shift is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components per shop drawings and specifications
• Read, interpret, and work from CAD drawings and blueprints
• Create or modify ductwork shop drawings using AutoCAD, Shop Data, or similar software
• Coordinate drawings with fabrication requirements and field conditions
• Operate sheet metal machinery (shear, brake, plasma, coil line, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in fabrication
• Follow safety procedures and shop standardsQualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication (HVAC/ductwork preferred) A proven record of providing quality workmanship with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Close
• Perform key daily system reconciliations, including review of inventory and work-in-progress balances
• Lead month‑end close, including preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules
