We are looking for a dedicated Tools Service Desk Sales Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills by assisting customers and contractors, while working in a team environment.Job requirements include assisting customers, increasing sales, processing of tool rentals, stocking shelves and computer use. Some heavy lifting is required.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience is required.

We are currently hiring Class 5 Delivery Drivers to join our Transportation team.
Key responsibilities:
• Delivery of products, using a one-ton vehicle, over established routes and to new construction sites.
• Correct loading and unloading of vehicles,
• Recording of delivery information,
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections ensuring overall vehicle safety,
• Operating the delivery vehicle in a safe manner, obeying all rules of the road, and following all company policies and procedures.Skills and Qualifications:
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract are required.
• An air brake endorsement and Forklift/ Moffat experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lumber and building materials is a definite asset.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift repetitively.

We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Plumbing Service Desk Sales Consultants to join our retail team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with plumbing products, generating sales, and preparing quotes while providing an outstanding customer service experience at the service desk. Shifts are scheduled during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service when assisting our residential customers and contract clients
• Ensuring the accurate processing of transactions and account charges
• Increase department sales
• Stocking of merchandise
• Occasional heavy lifting, when requiredSkills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a Lighting Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. As a member of the Lighting Department, you will demonstrate outstanding professional, interpersonal and customer service skills by working with residential and contract clients, choosing and coordinating designer lighting packages, and maintaining lighting displays. Hours of work are 40 hours per week and shifts are scheduled during weekdays (Monday – Friday) and Saturday shifts on a rotating schedule.
You will collaborate with team members to improve product knowledge and store sales, while interacting with industry professionals, cultivating relationships for repeat business, and developing a self-sustaining network of clients. You will be a self-starter and well organized, educating clients on products, lighting trends and solution-based possibilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Experience in the lighting industry and knowledge of lighting products, or related education and experience is a definite asset.
• Demonstrates a keen eye for interior décor; interior design training or experience is viewed as a valuable asset.
