We are a leading provider of quality products, services, and installations for commercial and residential customers, and we are currently hiring motivated Sheet Metal Apprentices. This role involves assisting with the assembly and installation of sheet metal components, including the modification, repair, maintenance, and testing of existing systems. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment used for cutting, shaping, forming, and joining materials.
We are looking for candidates who are registered apprentices or have the skills and experience needed to register. You must be reliable, physically able to meet job demands, and committed to following all procedures and safety practices. Strong teamwork, time management, and customer service skills are required.
Applicants must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract, practical experience in the field, and the ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
• Install, fabricate, and service sheet metal ductwork for residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools

• Oversee the daily operations of a lighting showroom, ensuring smooth sales processes, maintaining a welcoming environment, and managing staff and inventory.

Reporting to the Controller, the Assistant Controller is a hands-on accounting role supporting day-to-day finance operations and contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role is responsible for Accounts Payable oversight with active involvement in monthly and year-end close processes, and support of credit management and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Close
• Perform key daily system reconciliations, including review of inventory and work-in-progress balances
• Lead month‑end close, including preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules
• Complete balance sheet account reconciliations with supporting documentation
• Prepare variance analysis and internal financial reporting
• Support year‑end close activities and financial statement preparation
• Assist with preparation of auditor requestsGeneral Accounting & Operations Support
